Welcome and hello, my name is Soumaly Inthavong. Thank you for joining me in this wonderful journey of empowered living. I knew I wanted to be a part of this lifestyle when my eyes opened up to the movement therapy and rehabilitation sessions with my father after his stroke. I felt a light, a calling to do similar work After some research, I became truly inspired to attend the Florida School of Massage in Gainesville, FL in 2003, becoming proficient in a variety of modalities.
With over 10 years of experience and through customized, collaborative sessions with you, I promise to bring you back to a more balanced state of mind, body, and soul based on homeopathic remedies.
Joining me in this life long journey is Amanda McMahan. She is an impressive and intuitive healer, bodyworker, and life coach. She received her 900-hour massage certification at the National Holistic Institute in Los Angeles, CA. In addition, she is a Reiki Master in the Usui/Tibetan style. Reiki is a form of hands-on healing. It activates the natural healing processes of the body and restores physical and emotional well-being.
Massage Therapy has been found to improve circulation, joint range-of-motion, flexibility, and the aging process. It can reduce many common ailments such as stress, muscle tightness, aches and pains - even anxiety and depression.

Instead of creating lists of restrictions and good and bad foods, I coach my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and free of denial and discipline. I will help you create a completely personalized “roadmap to health” that suits your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and goals.

My journey with yoga started during massage therapy school, but became more profound when I was told I had arthritis in my knee from many years of activity and overuse. With some knowledge, I looked to yoga as a way to focus on strengthening the muscles and tendons around my knees, in my legs and my hips. I started taking some private instruction and fell in love with the whole experience viscerally--uniting and nourishing my soul, spirit, and physical body. For me, yoga is my sanctuary and my guidance into daily life. Through Kali Yuga Yoga in Nashville, TN, I received my 200-hour certification of training in hatha yoga.
